By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Information we collect

  • Communications: the content of messages you send us, including support requests and sales inquiries.
  • Billing information: processed by our payment providers; we do not store full payment card numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

Customer data

When our customers use the Services to collect field data (including data their end users submit through forms), Field2Base processes that data on the customer’s behalf as a service provider / processor. Our handling of customer data is governed by our agreement with that customer, not this Policy.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide, operate, and improve the Site and Services; respond to inquiries and schedule demos; process transactions and administer accounts; send service and, where permitted, marketing communications; monitor and secure our systems; and comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with:

  • Service providers: hosting, analytics, CRM, email, and payment providers that process data on our behalf under contract.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Field2Base, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies are required for the Site to function. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them. You can change your preference at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer, or through your browser settings. We honor recognized browser signals where required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context.

7. Data security

Field2Base maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest and a SOC 2 Type II control environment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and may process information in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising or "sales/sharing" of personal information. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and U.S. states such as California (CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights.

To exercise your rights, contact us at info@field2base.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
